Request an RMA
Contact our customer service department via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product back.
Secure Packaging
Place the product in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package via a tracked carrier like UPS or FedEx to our New York service center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
